It did nothing for me. I took as directed on the bottle, one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon. I exercise 30- 45 minutes a day 4 or 5 days a week. I eat a very health diet. I added this 7-Keto DHEA to get my metabolism to get me off this weight plateau. There was absolutely no noticeable or measurable effect from taking this.
